Making Thanksgiving dinner is a ton of work. Cleaning up after Thanksgiving dinner is a ton of work. So everyone should share those duties, right?

According to a new survey, 8% of people say the person who cooks Thanksgiving dinner should also be the one who does the dishes.

42% say the person or people who didn't cook should do the dishes and 39% say everyone should chip in on cleaning up.

For what it's worth, men are 43% more likely than women to say the person who cooked should also do the dishes. And women are 24% more likely to say the person who didn't cook should do the dishes.

The survey also found 20% of women and 13% of men say they cook all of the Thanksgiving dinner. Only 8% of women and 25% of men say they don't do any of the cooking or even help out a little.
