Suspect in Kidnapping at Large — Very Dangerous
This past Sunday, Tonya Bates was found dead in her Round Rock, Texas home just outside of Austin. Bates two daughters, 14 year- old Lilianais Victoria Cake Griffith and 7 year-old Luluvioletta Mariposo Bandera-Margaret have been missing since the body of Bates was discovered and police issued an Amber Alert.
Bandera-Margaret was born on Jan. 31, 2010, and is 4-foot-5 inches tall. She is around 75 lbs, has curly brown hair and brown eyes. She is wearing unknown clothing. Luluvioletta Mariposo Bandera-Margaret. Griffith was born on May 17, 2003, and is 5 feet tall, weighs 100 pounds, has light brown hair and brown eyes. She has a right nose stud and braces.
The suspect in the killing and the kidnapping has been identified as 44 year-old Terry Miles. Miles is very well known to local law authorities and he has a rap sheet a mile long. Miles past criminal activities have included an arrest for a second-degree murder charge in a 2014and a rape case dating back to 2015.
