It's almost time to start that backyard grilling again and, of course, that means a lot of people will be buying tons of charcoal every week. Grilling experts all have their favorites and a lot of them would probably fight to the death over their choices.

I'm kind of lazy when it comes to that. I usually just opt for the kind that has the lighter fluid in it already. In addition to being grilling impaired, I just have never had a lot of luck with lighting charcoal that isn't already soaked with fluid.

Now, I'm suggesting that, if you are a real sincere griller, what could be better than using your own homemade charcoal. Here's a short video on just how to do that. If you try it, be sure and let me know how it works out.
