(KHLA - Lake Charles, Louisiana) - An announcement from In-N-Out Burger suggests that the chain may be considering opening more facilities in the Bayou State, which is fantastic news for burger aficionados in Louisiana.

According to the president of In-N-Out, the company will begin expanding east of Texas starting in Tennesse. She also stated that they also plan to open restaurants in the states between Texas and Tennesse.

That is obviously really good news for Louisiana. That makes the Bayou State a target for their expansion. Although I would really like to suggest that Lake Charles be considered for a Louisiana location, they will most likely consider Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and/or Shreveport for the new restaurant(s).

The California-based burger chain currently has locations in California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, Oregon, and Texas.

They plan on starting construction on their Nashville, Tennesse location late this year and expect to be ready to serve their famous Animal Style burgers and fries sometime in 2026.

States in the path of their Tennessee expansion would also include Arkansas, Alabama, and Mississippi. Let's make this happen!
