Gyth Rigdon continues to sound great every time he performs on The Voice. Last night was no different.

The Singer, Louisiana native delivered a smooth rendition of the Conway Twitty hit "Goodbye Time." Ironically, his coach, Blake Shelton, recorded the song on his 2004 album "Blake Shelton's Barn & Grill".

“The reason I covered that song years ago is because I am a huge Conway Twitty fan,” Blake told Gyth after the performance. “To see you go old-school country like that and nailing it like you did, I am telling you, this guy is going to be in the finale.”

Last night's performance by Gyth was part of the Cross Battles.

Voting is now closed but the results of the Cross Battles will be revealed tonight when The Voice results show moves to its new time of 8 pm on NBC.
