In fact, fried fish is one of my favorite dishes to eat. Throw some coleslaw on the side, some crinkle cut french fries, and if I'm feeling frisky, maybe even an order of fried oysters on the side, and you have an amazing meal.

I recently took one of my friends that moved back to Lake Charles to the Cajun Catfish Buffet in Ville Platte. Their fried fish and oysters were seasoned perfectly. It really rekindled my love for fried fish.
