What Kind of Mutant Swamp Bug is This? [VIDEO]

Are there mutant swamp bugs invading our studios? Can you identify this critter? Maybe we need to call in an entomologist (or exterminator .... is Arnold available?)

I was in the building about 5:45 this morning and walked around the corner for a cup of coffee when I saw this creepy looking thing on the wall right outside of the bosses office. At first I wondered if he was conducting bug experiments in his office ... then I remembered he was on vacation. I have never seen a bug like this before and am now wondering if I have discovered a new species. Can anyone identify this critter (and are they good to eat?)
