The Wallflowers Performing In Lake Charles, Louisiana This Weekend
(KHLA - Lake Charles, Louisiana) - The Wallflowers have been going strong for over three decades and they're coming to perform in Lake Charles tomorrow for one night only.
Jakob Dylan, the son of Bob Dylan, formed a band in 1988 with his childhood friend, guitarist Tobi Miller. They had played in multiple bands together in high school and reunited after graduating. Their original band name was The Apples, since they were from New York City. However, in 1991 they changed the band name to The Wallflowers after they moved to Los Angeles, and the rest is history.
