Rare James Cagney Video — The Ballad of Smokey the Bear [VIDEO]

Smokey the Bear (the balloon) made his debut at the 1966 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.  To celebrate this, Rankin-Bass released a videocraft production called "The Ballad of Smokey the Bear," narrated by James Cagney and telling the origin of Smokey.  The video reran the next year, but has not been seen much since then...until now.
