Chef Bradley Wildridge From Hell’s Kitchen Joins Mikey O Tomorrow

(KHLA- Lake Charles, Louisiana) - Chef Bradley Wildridge from the current Hell's Kitchen TV show season will join Mikey O tomorrow on the Afternoon show to talk about the show and his experiences while competing.

Chef Bradley represented Louisiana in this year's Hell's Kitchen season themed "Battle of the States".

Bradley currently lives in California with his wife and is the owner and head chef of a pop-up restaurant called Bayou On The Bay.

It's a Cajun Fusion pop-up restaurant that travels all around Sonoma County and serves food at breweries, festivals, and other events.

Chef Wildridge said on the show that one of his most popular dishes is his Gumbo Pho.

It's a fusion dish with traditional pho and gumbo ingredients with a Cajun roux base.

Chef Bradley will join Mikey O tomorrow at 3:20pm on the Afternoon Show.

We'll talk with him throughout the hour about his pop-up restaurant, growing up visiting family in Louisiana and of course about his experiences on the show, working with Chef Gordon Ramsay, living in the dorms, representing Louisiana, and so much more.
