Poll Results — Marijuana and Driving Plus What You Are Giving Up For Lent

With Lent beginning this past week we wondered what you may be giving up. We also wondered what affect you thought legalized marijuana would have on our traffic safety. Here is what you said in this week's polls.

Lent is traditionally a time when Catholics go without something. It should be something that is tough for that person to give up. I love my sweets so that is what I am giving up for lent. It seems that is a popular choice. We left the poll open so you could add an item we may have missed and someone added the second other.

The legalized marijuana issue is being discussed at the state capitol. We ask if you thought that we would see more traffic fatalities from impaired drivers if legal marijuana was available. In one of our biggest majorities ever (75%) you said "Yes ... impaired driving is impaired driving?
