According to a new study out of Connecticut College in New London, Connecticut, OREOS are just as addictive . . . if not MORE addictive . . . than COCAINE.

No doubt the results depend upon the subject. While I love an Oreo (or 10) from time to time, I would hardly say I'm addicted. Still, there are people with addictive personalities and I'm willing to bet they would fit quite nicely in the findings of this research.

The researchers ran brain scans on rats who'd eaten Oreos, and rats who'd been given a small amount of cocaine . . . and found the ones who'd eaten the Oreos had STRONGER CRAVINGS for more.  And they believe it translates to PEOPLE too.
