New Orleans police have released the name of one suspect in the senseless Mother's Day Parade shootings. He's only 19 but he has some serious prior charges as well.

Police Superintendent Ronal Serpas announced  that they were looking for 19-year-old Akein Scott. According to police reports, several eye witnesses ID'd Scott as one of the shooters.

Scott had priors for the Illegal Carrying of a Weapon, Illegal Possession of a Stolen Firearm, Resisting an Officer, Contraband to Jail, Illegal Carrying of a Weapon While in Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of Heroin.
