It begs the question, what would you do if you saw a mother splitting a single quesadilla between herself and her two kids?

This is the scenario that played out in front of hidden cameras at La Caretta restaurant in Ponchatoula, Louisiana.

Wow, where are the tissues? That was southern hospitality at its best, and if you've grown up in Louisiana, you shouldn't be surprised. Even though it seems that the national landscape gets more divided every day, here in the Boot, kindness is shown like this on the daily.
