After taking a year off due to the pandemic, the famous Fourth of July celebration at the Lake Charles Civic Center is returning. Bring the family, a blanket, and something to sit on as you stretch out across the Lake Charles Amphitheater lawn to celebrate America's Birthday.

The ever-popular fireworks display will begin at 9:15pm, but the activities start at 7:00pm. The city will have various food trucks lined up along Bord du Lac Drive to feed you and the family while the Mayor's Armed Forces Commission Queens will be on-site to hand out free American flags to wave along to the music. This year's fireworks display will feature choreographed fireworks to the music as we all celebrate our country's independence.
