Ebola Travel and Charter Funding Poll Results
This week's polls dealt with a possible travel ban due to Ebola and whether or not you thought public funding should go to charter schools. You were very clear on both issues.
With the possibility that a Texas healthcare worker could now have Ebola and the first transmission of the disease on U.S. soil staring us in the face .... should we have a travel ban on the African countries where the Ebola outbreak began? We ask you that question and most (77%) said we need a travel ban to prevent the disease from spreading.
It's the debate that never seems to go away. Should tax money collected from the public be used on charter schools. Our poll results indicated you feel strongly that public funds should go to public schools. Sixty Six percent said that public school funding should only go for public schools while only 26% said that your tax dollars should go to a charter school if that is where you want to send your kids.
