Announcers Make Cross-Country Skiing Exciting [WATCH]

Jessie Diggins and Kikkan Randall won the gold medal in cross-country skiing yesterday.  This was big time, because it's the first medal for the U.S. team in 42 years.  And the announcers went bonkers!

The announcers names are Steve Schlanger and Chad Salmela.  Salmela is the one screaming.  The event was the women's team sprint.  To be honest, it was a pretty exciting finish, we were in third place at the start of this clip, and Diggins just went into full beast mode on everybody.  She won by two-tenths of a second!

Believe me, I'll be the first to admit, I didn't think cross-country skiing could be entertaining.  But boy was I wrong!  Kudos to the announcers for making this moment special and helping their performance go viral to give these girls the recognition they deserve!
