You Can be Financially Prepared for 2015

You can learn how to be financially fit for 2015 plus meet with IRS certified volunteers to prepare your federal and state taxes this Saturday at Prien Lake Mall.

It's a great seminar this Saturday and it's free to the public.

At this FREE event, you'll be able to get information and talk with reps about:

Regarding options for opening or re-establishing checking and savings accounts
About programs for purchasing a home, increasing your skills or obtaining training to secure employment
About establishing or re-establishing credit
Affordable Healthcare options
And attend informational workshops

Meet with IRS certified volunteers from the SWLA Asset Building Coalition that will prepare and file federal and state tax returns. Call the United Way of Southwest Louisiana today at (337) 433-1088 to schedule your appointment to get your taxes filed while you are at the fair.
Bring the following documents with you to the fair:

Photo ID (both spouses if Joint Return)
Social Security Card or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) (card or letter for yourself and each person to be claimed on your tax return)
Birth dates for every person to be claimed on your tax return
W2 or 1099 forms for all jobs
End of the year statements for other income you received (including bank interest, social security income, unemployment, etc.)
End of the year retirement plan statements (401(k), IRA, etc)
Child care provider name, address and tax ID number
Record of expenses (child care, education, medical, dental, etc)
For a faster refund, a blank check with your account number and bank routing number
