LAKE CHARLES, LA: 90s rockers Better Than Ezra will be performing in SWLA this next weekend and we have your chance to win tickets all next week.

The band was formed in 1988 while the original bandmates were attending LSU together. Ezra's 1993 release of Deluxe, which was nationally distributed on its own independent label, Swell Records, garnered interest from radio and major record companies. Elektra Records signed Better Than Ezra in 1995. Deluxe was redistributed by Elektra Records later that same year, and the album quickly attained platinum record status thanks in part to the success of the track "Good," which peaked at No. 1 on the Hot Modern Rock Tracks chart.
