If you are still trying to get assistance on getting your home repaired or rebuilt after Hurricanes Laura and Delta, the Recovery Service Center is offering its services beginning tomorrow at a new location. They will now be located inside the Lake Charles Civic Center 900 Lake Shore Drive. They will be available to offer their services to you beginning tomorrow through October 8th from 9 a.m- 4 p.m.

FEMA specialists will be available in-person to answer any questions you may have pertaining to your personal recovery and they'll also assist you in writing an appeal letter as well. No appointment is needed in order for you to come through and get any type of help that you may have. They will also be able to assist with connecting you with agencies for needs with muck, gut, or debris removal.

One thing we all want is peace of mind when it comes to the devastation that we have had to endure. Being able to rely on someone to assist us in this manner is truly welcome to the area. If you need more information on this, please call 2-1-1.
