On July 3, 1971  the career of The Doors essentially came to and end.  Jim Morrison, who WAS the Doors to many people was found dead in his bathtub at his apartment in Paris. There would be re-issues of old material there was even an album of Morrison reciting his poetry. But that was about it...Until today!
