Governor John Bel Edwards is seeking legislative approval for his plan on how to spend 123 million dollars in surplus dollars.

The governor announced today at a Baton Rouge press conference that infrastructure and roadways in three areas of the state will see improvement.

I guess it comes as no surprise that Louisiana's infrastructure was given a D+ grade
