Shooting in Lake Charles Leaves Two Wounded

According to KPLCTV, two people were shot on Wednesday evening (July 23rd) in Lake Charles.

Lake Charles Police reportedly responded to a disturbance at the 2200 block of 10th street, where officers discovered two victims shot upon arrival. Both victims were taken to a hospital. Their injuries are reportedly non-life threatening.

The investigation also reportedly led police to the intersection of Broad Street and 1st Avenue where a red car is crime taped off.
