Aboard Air Force One, President Donald Trump has landed at Chennault International Airport in Lake Charles. Friends and family VIP guests of President Trump, as well as members of the Louisiana Delegation, are there to greet him.

U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy, chairman of the Energy and Natural Resources Subcommittee on Energy, joined President Trump on Air Force One and is with the president for his tour of Sempra Energy's Cameron LNG Export Facility in Cameron Parish. Louisiana State Police are taking the president, Cassidy, Sen. John Kennedy, and representatives Clay Higgins and Steve Scalise via motorcade to the facility in Hackberry.

“President Trump’s goal that the United States be energy dominant has been great for Louisiana workers," says Sen. Cassidy. “Billions of dollars in investment and energy innovation in Louisiana has created thousands of good-paying jobs across our state.”
