'Rise of the Guardians' is hitting theaters next month, which means it's time for us to get better acquainted with the cast of lively, fictional holiday characters in this brand new TV spot for the latest animated feature from DreamWorks.

We were intrigued by the whimsical trailer that hit the 'net not long ago, but this TV spot really cements it by highlighting more of the comedy and giving us a better intro to the characters that populate this magical world. This new 90-second TV spot illuminates the story a little more, sure, but we're really digging Alec Baldwin's Russian-inspired Santa Claus (and he sounds sorta like Will Arnett, right?).

The film follows the rebellious Jack Frost (Chris Pine) on his mission to defeat a nefarious entity known as "Pitch" (Jude Law). He teams up with Santa, Tooth (the tooth fairy, voiced by Isla Fischer), Sandman (who doesn't appear to speak, and we're down with that), and the Easter bunny (Hugh Jackman) to square off with Pitch, a baddie bent on -- what else -- world domination.

'Rise of the Guardians' is produced by Guillermo del Toro, lending an extra element of interest, and hits theaters on November 21, just in time for the holidays, of course.
