LSU QB Joe Burrow’s High School Names Football Stadium After Him
The awards and honors just keep coming for LSU quarterback Joe Burrow as it was announced that his high school is going to name the football stadium after him.
Burrow who is from Athens, Ohio went to Athens High School and played football there. The school board fin Athens High School approved naming the school's football stadium in Burrow's honor.
At the start of the 2020 high school football season, the Athens Bulldogs will play at R Basil Rutter Field at Joe Burrow Stadium.
The Heisman Trophy winner is getting ready for a big game next Saturday as the LSU Tigers will take on the Oklahoma Sooners in the Peach Bowl in Atlants in the college football semi-final.
