Several people have been arrested in Louisiana in connection with sex-trafficking of minors, some going so far as to tattoo the faces of underage girls to mark their property.  Fox News is reporting that 5 people have been arrested in New Orleans and St. Tammany Parish after an investigation by the Louisiana State Police showed that not only were young girls being exploited by the "ring-leaders," but they were also being recruited by other young girls into a life of prostitution, drugs, rape, and more.

New Orleans police arrested 26 year old Darnell Johnson and charged him with 2 counts of "tattooing a minor," 1 count of “contributing to the delinquency of minors,” and possessing an illegal firearm.
