Iowa Rabbit Festival Starts March 19

This is a festival like no other. The Iowa Rabbit Festival has been around for ages and it's a great family event.

The Iowa Rabbit Festival Celebrates the economic and culinary impact rabbits have in Southwest Louisiana and, while rabbits are the stars of the show, there's a world of great food, carnival rides and tons of music.

The big musical star this year is country artist Tracy Byrd who will be live on stage at the festival on Friday night.Byrd is best known for his hits “Holdin’ Heaven, Ten Rounds with Jose Cuervo, Lifestyles of the Not So Rich and Famous, Watermelon Crawl, The Keeper of the Stars, and many more.

In addition to Tracy Byrd, you'll also enjoy the music of local favorites like names like Geno Delafose, Wayne Toups, Richard Lebouef and Jamie Bergeron.For rock fans, the festival will feature the AC/DC tribute band, Back in Black
