Myprotein.com's hope is that by giving up streaming services for a month that people will get off the couch and get moving. In addition to the $1,000, they'll also give the lucky candidate "$500 worth of Myprotein vouchers for them to stock up on the gym clothing and sports supplements they’ll need to power them through this challenge."

To be eligible, applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older, be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident to apply, and must have a minimum of 2 streaming services.

This also means not going to a friend's house to watch any streaming services.

Other requirements -

1) Winner must not watch any streaming service for an entire month.

2) Winner will be required to write a weekly journal entry describing their experiences without streaming services.

3) Winner will be required to take a final survey and answer questions about their experiences without streaming services.

4) Disregarding any of these requirements is grounds for immediate disqualification.
