Easter Eggs. To Pock or Not to Pock
I'll never forget my first Easter in Louisiana. I was dating what was to become my first wife ( the less said about that, the better) and when Easter rolled around she said something about "pocking" eggs. I didn't know what that meant. I thought it was a way to cook eggs.
I found it that it was a game of sorts. For years, I thought it was strictly a Cajun thing, but I have since learned that it goes way back to the Ancient Greeks!
Did you pock eggs as a kid? Please take our poll !
