DeRidder Basketball Player Domonique Davis Signs With LSU

Another SWLA talent is staying in state and heading to Baton Rouge to continue her basketball career.

Domonique Davis is a point guard for the Lady Dragons of DeRidder High School were in the last few years she's averaging 21 points, 5 boards, and 4 assists a game!

Davis told KPLC:

It feels really good. It speaks to the work I put in and everything that everyone has helped me with it speaks for that as well. Also, the confidence everyone has in me as a player to go and play for them

Domonique is only a junior at DHS, but she knew LSU was the school for her after her official visit.  She stated that the players and coaches made her feel like family, and that was what sealed the deal for her.
