I know this is gonna sound crazy, believe me I know, but kids' lemonade stands are being shut down all across the country by the local authorities.

Can you imagine the Grinch size heart you have to own to tell a little teary eyed child that they have to shut down their stand...and oh by the way you owe the city a fine too!

Enter the protagonist (wow that would be a great band name)...Country Time Lemonade!  Check out the video below!

Is there anything that says summer more than a lemonade stand?  Go ahead...I'll wait.

“Why would anyone stop kids who are trying to build strong work habits, have fun and become young entrepreneurs?” Country Time asked in a statement. “The reality is, they are being shut down because of old, arcane and very real permit laws.”

You can now take the fear of fines out of the lemonade stand game!  Country Time will pay fines up to $300!  So if your child needs Country Time to save the day, click here for their legal-ade website.

I get it that laws are laws, but come on.  Is it really necessary to shut down a kid's lemonade stand because of permits and then to fine them?

Hogwash I say!
