Calcasieu Pairsh Sheriff’s Dept. To Conduct DWI and Seatbelt Checkpoint This Friday

This Friday January 24, in an effort to keep Calcasieu Parish residents safe, the CPSO will be conducting a DWI Sobriety and Seatbelt Checkpoint in the parish. These checkpoints will  target people driving under the influence of alcohol and or narcotics as well as those not wearing seatbelts.This checkpoint is funded by a grant from the Louisiana Highway Safety Commission
