If you take herbal supplements, depending on exactly what you take, you may be shocked to discover just what is in them. Actually, more to the point, what isn't in them.

 

Herbal supplements aren't particularly well regulated.  So when you buy them, there's really no guarantee what's in them, or what medical effect they'll have on you . . . if any.

A lab in Canada analyzed 44 bottles of popular herbal supplements . . . they didn't release the brands or names . . . and found that MOST were diluted with WEEDS, powdered RICE, and WHEAT.  Some were even JUST weeds and rice.

Americans spend an estimated $5 billion a year on herbal supplements.
