Police investigators need the public’s help locating 16-year-old Justin Ned, a third suspect connected to the shooting death of a Lake Charles man on Monday morning.
LCPD has released the name of the deceased male found in the 3700 block of Kirkman Street on Thursday morning, as well as two suspects in an alleged armed robbery attempt.
