If you're looking for a great family event, Arts Fest will be at the Lake Charles Civic Center this Saturday. For 32 years, ArtsFest has fostered an interest in learning in area children through hands-on art projects that revolve around each year’s exciting theme. In partnership with the City of Lake Charles, the Arts Council invites local businesses and organizations to host booths that offer eng
