They say that a person should write about what they know. this article is perfect for me since I am one heavy coffee drinker. Much to my doctor's consternation, I put away upwards of 5 or 6 cups of coffee a day which means I take in quite a bit of caffeine.
We've all heard most of this information in one form or another. For example: Red Bull contains more caffeine than coffee. A cup of black coffee will sober you up. Drinking coffee will lead to dehydration. I'm more than familiar with dehydration since it landed me in the emergency room about a week ago.
