New research found that eating chocolate may help you stay thin.  It sounds backwards, but in a study, people who ate more chocolate had lower BMIs than people who ate it less often. Experts believe chocolate may contain certain ingredients that promote weight loss, and dark chocolate in particular may help suppress appetite.  But don’t go raid your local convenience store for Snickers bars just yet- many chocolate treats contain lots of sugar, fat and calories, which unfortunately will still make you fat.  So, I guess we just need to fins those bars of nothing bu chocolate and have at it!!  Where's the line??
