Win To Drive The Lake Racing Go-Kart In The Patriot Grand Prix

92.9 The Lake and the Patriot Grand Prix are giving you a chance to drive the 92.9 The Lake high-performance go-kart in the celebrity race and win many more prizes!

The Patriot Grand Prix Festival evolved from the 2014 Gator Grand Prix Go-Kart Races at the Lake Charles Civic Center dedicated to raising awareness and funding for our local veterans with special needs.

This year’s race has returned to the Burton Complex on Gulf Highway and has been designed as a Grand Prix course to test the skills of our daring and gifted drivers. With its vast layout, the Burton Complex is the perfect location in Southwest Louisiana to accommodate this festival.

​100% of net proceeds from general admission will be donated to the City of Refuge to help fund housing for our local homeless veterans who have sacrificed so much for our freedom.

The one-day festival begins at 10:00am on Saturday, October 23 at the Burton Coliseum. There will be food, a car show, music entertainment, a Cornhole tournament, fireworks, a magic show, and of course go-kart races all day.

We want to give you the chance to represent 92.9 The Lake and drive our high-performance go-kart in the celebrity race. You must be 16 years or older to drive in the race.

Here's How To Win:

• Download the free 92.9 The Lake mobile app in your Apple or Google Play stores.
• Listen to Mikey O in the 4:00pm hour this week, Monday thru Thursday, for a special phrase.
• Once you hear the phrase, open up your mobile app, click the chat button and send in the phrase.
• The 9th listener to send in that phrase will be registered to win.
• On Friday, Mikey will announce the Grand Prize winner on the Drive at 5 on your way home from work.

The Grand Prize Winner Gets:
