Week 12 McNeese Football Starters vs Lamar
LAKE CHARLES, LA: It's another Southland Conference shootout for the final game of the season as the Pokes travel down I-10 to Beaumont for the "Battle On The Border" with Lamar.
Coach Gary Goff has been playing a ton of his freshmen players the last few weeks to get a feel for the future of the Cowboy football program going forward. Kamden Sixkiller, Joshon Barbie, Makhi Paris, Cody O'Bryant, Hayes Creel, Jer'Michael Carter, Joe Ward, and Sedrick Applewhite have all made great contributions to the team and the future is looking a little brighter than the present.
