(KHLA - Lake Charles, Louisiana) - Americans recently voted a street in Lake Charles as one of the best spots in America to take a walk.

Assisted Living Magazine asked 3,000+ Americans on the top 100 best main streets in the U.S. to walk. Only two Louisiana cities made the list and Lake Charles was one of them.

The other place in Louisiana that made the list was Main Street in New Iberia at #18.
