We have some great news and bad news about this new cold front coming down. First off, the band news; it's going to be cold, real cold. Now for the good news; it currently looks like this cold front will be a dry one, meaning no snow.

Gulf weather specialist Meteorologist Zack Fradella says we should expect temperatures to be in the 20s.

Zack says this frigid cold front should be down in Louisiana by the end of next week.

Here are some key things to check to make sure everything is safe and working properly before the front moves into our area:
