Terry Fator Coming To Lake Charles This Saturday

Premier Las Vegas performer, ventriloquist, impressionist, comedian, and singer Terry Fator is coming to Lake Charles this Saturday!

Fator got his start touring as the lead singer of a band called "Freedom Jam" and later on "Texas The Band".  He actually performed one year here in Sulphur during the Cal-Cam Fair with "Texas The Band".  I remember watching the band with about 20 other people in Cal-Cams small wooden pavilion.  They were so good we bought their cassette tape and a signed poster.  He was 23 then, and he incorporated his puppet Walter T. Airedale in the show, which as a child, I loved it and was laughing uncontrollably.

He was the winner of Season 2 of America's Got Talent!  The following year, he was signed on as the headliner at The Mirage Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas with a five-year, $100 million contract.
