topsy

Despite all the dire weather predictions, most of SOWELA skated through with nothing more than some pretty heavy rain. Just as I got off the air, a listener called and asked whether or not a tornado had hit Topsy. As far as the National Weather Service is concerned, Topsy had no tornadoes, but the storms did cause some damage. Take a look at these pictures.
