This week we had a poll about a poll and we started preparing for Halloween with a Vampire poll. Here is what Lake Charles and Southwest Louisiana said.

It is really sad. Our kids have gotten so used to processed food that now they don't like or want the real thing.

We’re not full of baloney when we tell you feeding your kids lunch at school won’t cost you an arm and a leg.

I always took lunch to school when I was a kid, mainly because it was too far to walk back and forth...our school did not have a cafeteria. A school in North Carolina was really thinking outside the lunch box when they took away the food one four-year-old student brought from home and gave her chicken nuggets instead!
