Rape

A local man, John Ledoux, of Lake Charles was arrested and booked into C.C.C. on charges of 1st-degree rape and false imprisonment.

Back on May 1 of this year, David Wayne Sims was found guilty of raping one female and of inappropriately touching another. Both of Sims' victims were juveniles. Sims' sentence was handed down yesterday.

Lake Charles resident, Christopher James Soileau was arrested and booked for the alleged aggravated rape of a 19 year old developmentally delayed girl. The story behind the arrest goes back to last Summer.

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office Sex Crimes unit is asking for the public's help to find a unknown man in reference to a forcible rape.

Daren Sharper was a member of the Superbowl Champions Saints team(he also played for the Packers and Vikings.) Until this arrest he was working for the NFL Network. He retired from the NFL after 14 seasons. He now faces felony rape charges in Los Angeles.
