KPLC-TV 7 reports that a Dolby Elementary fifth grader is about to go Hollywood. Elly Hebert will be heading to New Orleans in the next few days to work as an extra on the CBS TV series NCIS: New Orleans.
I watched NCIS New Orleans because like most of you I love New Orleans. The scenery in the show is very familiar and I really want to like the show but just can't get past the accents the actors are using.
New Orleans is one of my favorite places. I love the quarter, the River Walk and other sections of the city. The city's rich history fascinates me. The sad new is that New Orleans also has a high crime rate and CBS will now take advantage of that fact with NCIS New Orleans.
New Orleans is certainly one of America's most interesting cities. It is also one of America's most mysterious cities. It only makes sense that the next location for a NCIS spin off is New Orleans.
Advance publicity says, "New Orleans, with its rich setting of music, fun and debauchery is a magnet for military personnel on leave...And with fun, comes trouble. It is a natural backdrop for a unique character-driven spin-off."
Mark Harmon, or rather Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs on the highly rated police procedural drama ‘NCIS,’ has been voted TV’s most popular personality for the second year in a row.
