missing man

A local man has been missing for weeks, only his car was found.

27-year-old Ronald Batiste was last seen in Henderson fishing with a friend on Saturday evening.

Aircrews with the USCG spent several hours on Monday (Nov. 13) searching off Louisiana's coast for the man to no avail.

A man who had not been heard from by his family for more than six months was located in California.

Foul play is not suspected, but authorities are asking people to keep an eye out for Thomas "Tommy" Drake who was last seen about two weeks ago.
