A new study by MagnifyMoney determined the "Happiest States in the U.S." and Louisiana finished dead last.

We might not be in that number one spot, but we're pretty close.

Wallet Hub has ranked America's best and worst cities for football. The good news is that no Louisiana cities made the "worst" list and four Louisiana cities made the "best" list.

Well it's better than being number one in this case. Louisiana ranks 11th on the list of states where you are most likely to get a ticket while driving.

Think about it. We are the state with Mardi Gras and New Orleans. Both are celebrated with drinking ... sometimes lots of drinking! So how does Louisiana only come in at 31st in the booziest state competition?
