Mail carriers nationwide will be providing two valuable services on Saturday, May 12: delivering mail and collecting non-perishable food for local food banks. They are asking for our help the Stamp Out Hunger.

The National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) will conduct its 20th annual food drive to combat hunger this Saturday, May 12.  Letter carriers will collect non-perishable donations as they deliver mail.  Just leave your donations in a sturdy bag next to your mailbox and your carrier will pick them up...

When you run into the grocery store this week, keep in mind that this week is the "Driving Out Hunger" Food Drive.  United Way and UPS have teamed up in this are to help out local food banks and soup kitchens.  Donations will go to the South Central Allen Community Food Pantry, God's Food Box, Abraham's Tent, Ebenezer Baptist Church Food Pantry and Food Net...
